Bitumen emulsion sprayers SH-PREMIUM – premium class for everybody

SH PREMIUM is the highest model of HYDROG emulsion sprayers. It was created in response to the most demanding customers’ needs. SH PREMIUM sprayers have specific technical capabilities like the largest sprinkling width and output range. This model has been chosen by more than 100 customers so far, including the world's biggest road construction companies. Currently, HYDROG PREMIUM sprayers dominate the road construction industry in Poland and are becoming more visible in many European and Asian countries. HYDROG sprayers meet the strict requirements of investors regarding emulsion dosing per square metre and uniformity of emulsion coverage of the surface. HYDROG says its SH PREMIUM sprayers are economical, for example, when heating a full emulsion tank, the burner will use approximately 10 litres of oil less than in competitor brands.

Reliable Perkins power provided by BU Power Systems

The reliability of its machines is HYDROG's top priority, which is why the Bitumen Emulsion Sprayers are powered by Perkins diesel engines. BU Power Systems supplied HYDROG with the Perkins® 403J-E17T engine outputting 36 kW and the Perkins® 404J-22 delivering 18.9 kW for their SH-PREMIUM models. These engines were chosen for their optimised performance, robust technology, and compliance with EU Stage V emission standards, making them the ideal fit for HYDROG’s commitment to delivering efficient and reliable machinery.

“Using Perkins engines for our Bitumen emulsion sprayers was the right decision” says Tomasz Struzik, commercial director of Hydrog. “The solid Perkins engines work very reliably which is very important for the flawless use of our machines. In addition to that we can rely on an established and well-developed service network. This is very important to us as a leading European distributor,” he says.
