Messersì was looking for a robust and efficient drive solution for its TC550d tracked transporter to improve the performance of its HEAVY LINE series. The TC550d is characterised by a 180° swivelling loading platform, which is driven by a swivel motor and controlled by a joystick.

This model is designed for the most demanding applications in difficult terrain and requires an engine that offers both performance and durability. The unique functionality of Messersì's tracked transporter increases operational flexibility and enables precise material placement and efficient unloading in confined spaces.
 

Optimised power and efficiency with the Perkins® 904J-E36TA

To meet these requirements, Messersì has worked with BU Power Systems to integrate the Perkins® 904J-E36TA engine into the TC550d model. This 3.6-litre, four-cylinder engine with an output of 74.5 kW meets EU Stage V emission standards and delivers a reliable and powerful performance.
