As well as housing multiple showrooms, the mall has a swimming pool, banquet hall, spa and offers luxurious fine dining.

Three sets were selected with the 2806D-E18TAG1A delivering 600 kVA, and two 4012 engines offering 1250 and 1500 kVA. Installed in 2012, the generator sets have helped to keep operations at Lake City Mall running smoothly, much to the delight of its owners and customers.
