Wacker Neuson and Enarco SA have reached an agreement for Wacker Neuson to acquire up to 100 percent of the Enar Group, a Spanish manufacturer of rammers, concrete vibrators and walk-behind rollers for both soil and asphalt compaction writes The Construction Index. Enar Group markets are primarily in Europe and Latin America.
The sale is expected to be closed in the first half of 2022.
