The Intermat exhibition will return in 2024, albeit in a shortened version focused on low carbon and sustainability. International Construction magazine reported that the event is scheduled for April 24–27, 2024 at the Paris Nord Villepinte exhibition centre in Paris, France.
The show will focus on issues related to reducing the carbon footprint of building projects, energy sources, powertrains, equipment and materials and services. Five dedicated sectors: Earthmoving demolition and transportation; Lifting and handling; Roads, minerals and foundations; buildings and concrete; new technologies and energies will be featured.
The Intermat exhibition was last held in 2018 and the scheduled 2021 event was cancelled during the Covid 19 pandemic.
