A 2021 update to the Federation of Piling Specialists (FPS) Best practice guidance on pumping concrete to form piles is now available writes The Construction Index. It is a supplement to the Construction Plant-hire Association’s sector-specific Safe Use of Concrete Pumps guide published in 2013.
Produced by an FPS working group with pump operator input, the new edition simplifies the original 2013 version and reflects changes in safe working practices for pressurised concrete lines over the last decade.
