Perkins India conducts another wave of customer connect web workshops

The Perkins team in India along with its distributor Gmmco Power and generator set OEM Supernova Generators, conducted a series of online workshops to connect with key consultants and customers in the electric power sector.

The workshop topics highlighted Perkins heritage, global facilities and presence, the path to market in India and the support structure across the full customer experience cycle. The seminars also covered technical subjects including the value proposition and features of Perkins engines and factors influencing generating set sizing and industry best practise recommendations. Over 20 electric power consultant companies and key account customers from cities like Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Vadodara, Jamnagar, Mumbai and Bangalore participated in these sessions.

The overall feedback from the sessions was very positive and preparation to deliver the next series of sessions with additional topics is underway.

We reach out to the invitees beforehand to understand the topics of interest and create content that adds value. We continually take feedback on future topics that we can include.’’

These workshops would normally have been delivered face to face, but the online sessions have proved to be engaging for everyone taking part.’’
