Perkins® My Engine App: manuals and tutorials now at your fingertips
Perkins continues to enhance its popular Perkins® My Engine App, with a host of new functions designed to help users get the most from their Perkins-powered equipment.
Whether you own one generator set, or a larger fleet of Perkins-powered equipment, the free app for smartphone or tablet allows you to access invaluable information about your engines to support their maintenance, service and repair.
In the latest round of updates, users can:
- View the latest versions of your engine service, maintenance and workshop manuals for UN ECE R96 Stage IIIA or below engines direct – and free of charge – from the app*
- Watch Perkins My Engine App tutorial videos via the app
The new enhancements build on the existing features and functions of the app, which has been downloaded 150,000 times since it launched in 2017.

- Fast access to your parts book and Operations and Maintenance Manual (OMM)
- Quick access to engine-specific information, such as series, type, model, consumables list and completed service log
- Find and contact your local Perkins distributor to obtain engine support
- Schedule servicing with ease – and receive reminders when your engine approaches its next service
- View multiple engine locations on a single map
- Engine sharing feature, so multiple users can view information about the same engine
- Available in eight languages, with more being added all the time. Languages include English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Turkish and Chinese.
