International Construction magazine reports that urbanisation and modernisation of population centres will be the primary drivers of construction in the Middle East. The growth will be propelled by large products in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Dubai and a number of other Middle Eastern countries.
These will be largely focused on large regional population centres like Dubai, Riyadh and Cairo. Other cities such as Jeddah, Obhur, Mecca, Medina, Tabuk and Yanbu in Saudi Arabia, Doha in Quatar and Alexandria in Egypt also will host new construction projects.
