The Netherlands based Boels Group has announced significant changes to their senior management board. As reported in International Rental News, present COO Reiant Mulder will leave on April 1, 2026 after seven years in that position. He will be succeeded by Lars Reehorst, who has been group managing director for the past five years.
CEO Pierre Boels also announced three additional appointments to the board: Erik Damoiseaux as chief business officer; Manon Douven as chief human resources officer; and, Bob de Leeuw as chief technology officer. They will join current board members René Olsthoorn, CFO and Guy Cremer, CPO.
In announcing the changes, Pierre Boels said: “With this reshaped board and the addition of internal talent we are fortifying our identity, reinforcing our solid foundation and securing our strategic vision. I am fully confident that we keep advancing on the strong path of our achievements.”
