Morris Site Machinery’s latest product, the SMC TL-90 DC-ELV, is one of the most efficient extra low voltage mobile lighting towers on the market.
The company specified the reliable Perkins 402D-05G engine for its new compact lighting tower for three key reasons.
It offered excellent 500 hour service intervals, was fuel efficient (0.68 litres per hour) and was already a proven installation in the Australian market which Morris Site Machinery is targeting as part of its global growth strategy.
Morris Site Machinery states the mobile tower light is easy to transport and features four 300W powerful LED lamp heads giving directional, clear and crisp light with a spread of up to 100 metres. It is super silent and offers up to 165 hours of uninterrupted operation.
It also has advanced safety features including automatic mast descent when the handbrake is released, central lifting eye and accessible lashing down points for ease of loading at ground level.
To date, the new model has already attracted interest Down Under as Morris Site Machinery has supplied 100 to Coates Hire, the largest equipment rental hire company in Australia.
