A team from Perkins is at a top trade event in Sweden to promote two important products to leading figures in the rental market.
The team is showing off our compact but powerful 404F-E22TA engine, along with our recently-launched Perkins Diesel Engine Oil at the influential European Rental Association (ERA) annual conference in Stockholm.
As well as being a showcase for our products, the event – which we’re sponsoring for the second time this year – gives people connected with the rental sector the chance to meet up for high-level talks, presentations, workshops and seminars.
Last year’s conference in Rome, which had a focus on sustainability, attracted more than 250 delegates.
This year’s event, on June 8 and 9, includes sessions on the circular economy, emerging technologies, big data, and trends and expectations in the industry.
Under the title ‘The Next Ten Years’, the convention follows hot on the heels of the American Rental Association (ARA) annual show in Atlanta in February.
General sales manager Simon Kelsall is among the Perkins delegates at the conference.
He said: “The Stockholm event is a great chance for us to promote our 404F-E22TA engine, which is particularly suited to the rental market.
“Our new Perkins engine oil is also on display, and we’re busy talking to other delegates about the importance of using genuine Perkins parts and service for repairs and maintenance”
“It’s a significant and highly-regarded conference and convention. It gives us the chance to get together and meet leading people from across the rental market to discuss how things are developing.
“We’re a leading player in the established European and American markets which have seen such rapid growth over the past ten years, so it’s a really important event for us to be involved in.”
The rental market is growing all over the world, and we at Perkins are part of that growth. We understand the special requirements and priorities of customers whose business is renting out equipment and machinery to clients. And we have the experience and dedication to meet your challenges, wherever in the world you may be.
Stage IV emission standards are here to stay. But what exactly does this mean for the rental market? Here at Perkins, we talk to a lot of rental companies and you’ve shared your concerns about Stage IV. You operate in an extremely competitive space and are anxious about potential price increases, extra maintenance – and the impact this could have on your bottom line.Download
