Perkins Engines Company Limited accept no responsibility or liability for any of the products produced by Lovol Engines (Tianjin) Co Limited [formerly Perkins Engines (Tianjin) Limited] at any stage and wherever sold. The distribution and product support functions of the Perkins group of companies do not support any products produced by Lovol Engines (Tianjin) Limited anywhere in the world.

Perkins Engines Company Limited has no involvement or financial interest in Lovol Engines (Tianjin), and their right to use "Perkins" in its company name was a transitional step that ceased on 31st December 2007. Products from Lovol Engines (Tianjin) will not carry the brands "Perkins" or "Powerpart" nor any Perkins logo.

Since January 2003, engines made and sold by Lovol Engines (Tianjin) under its present or former names contain components that have not been approved by Perkins Engines Company. As these are not Perkins approved products they should not be carrying the Perkins trademark, and they will not be covered by Perkins' warranties.
